Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns if more than 7 days have passed since your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
Intimate or sanitary items.
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health or personal care products.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Books with clear signs of use.
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are provided instead.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@krepstone.co.za.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the item's value. A gift certificate will be issued once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver for later delivery, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
